Fit Yoga Fit offers Vinyasa Yoga in New Orleans: a workout that strengthens, tones, and lengthens the muscles while calming the mind and reducing stress. Our new and luminous studio is located in the wholehearted upcoming Broadmoor neighborhood. We provide a safe and positive environment for our students to practice yoga at their own pace. All levels are welcome. Vinyasa means to connect movement (asana) with breath (pranayama). When the Yogic breath (ujjaii) is cultivated throughout the exercise, tremendous amounts of heat are created from the inside out.
